Abstract

JoReFi/ReReRe is a scientific journal. The texts that we accept in French, English, German, Russian and African Languages are selected by the Reviewer and Scientific Committee in account of their originality, interests that they present to the African and international levels and their scientific rigour. Doctoral Lecturers and students who have reached an advanced level in writing their theses are favoured either solo or together with their Director of Theses.

Reviewer and Scientific Committee is the sole judge of the scientificity of the texts published. The administration and the editor of the journal are only empowered to publish the texts selected by the Reviewer and Scientific Committee. Point of views and the scientific opinions expressed in articles are solely those of their authors. The unpublished texts will not be returned. The presentations of figures, maps, graphics etc. must follow the format of the layout of the journal JoReFi / ReReRe.

The author whose article is selected for publication in the journal JoReFi/ ReReRe contributes to offset the cost of publication determined from time to time. He receives a free copy.
